It was wonderful.  We had a couples massage with Grace and DeDe.

Our experience here was fantastic. Dylan and Anne were true professionals. Made everything so comfortable and soothing. I have a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders and Dylan spent extra time working on my trouble areas. I felt him rubbing out the knots in between my shoulder blades. So amazing. We’ve had plenty of massages in Tampa and we both agreed this experience has been the best. We almost didn’t book the appointment because it was a bit out of our way but totally worth the 30 min drive! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. Their rates are unmatched (tip them based on the excellent service, not the value). This place is incredible, we will surely be back! Thank you both and Jennifer who greeted us when we checked in was also superb. Incredible team here. Thank you so much!

Been coming here for years idk how this is my first time writing them a review but these days I refuse to go anywhere else but here for their relaxation massages because as far as TECHNIQUE and pricing they are UNMATCHED… best massage place in Tampa… coming from someone who also has a massage business lol … but I can’t judge my own hands I’ll leave that to other people lol

The best massage and facial place! My mom and I had a massage by Grace and Dylan. Both of us agreed it was the best massage we’ve had by far!! They focused on knots and the pressure was perfect! Grace and Dylan ensured the pressure was good throughout the visit, and were very knowledgable. Lauren is the ultimate esthetician, she is so knowledgable and does incredible facials and skin treatment. The prices are great, and everyone is friendly! The place is very clean, and the massage beds are comfortable and warm. Would highly recommend this place!

Great deep tissue massage done by Anne! Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the 60 minute massage I scheduled only ended up being about 50 minutes, and I could use every 1 of those minutes lol

We came in for a mother-daughter massage and had such a wonderful experience with Uniqicia and Dylan. It was my daughter’s very first massage, and Uniqicia made her feel completely comfortable. My masseuse, Dylan, was fantastic, he really focused on my areas of concern and checked in often to make sure the pressure was just right. The spa is spotless, beautifully decorated, and creates such a peaceful atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and cared for, highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back!

I come here every 4-5 months. My visit today was with Dylan.  He gave me a relaxing massage and worked in the areas I needed based off our conversation when we began.  Dylan checked in with me often making sure the pressure was good and I was comfortable.  I walked away feeling relaxed.  It was a great experience.  I look forward to coming back.

Booked a 90 minute couples massage with my Mom as a gift for Mother's Day and we had the most amazing time! We felt so rejuvenated after! Ann and Jessica were incredible! My Mom was so happy with their service, even joking that they didn't miss one spot. We had a glass of wine waiting for us as a treat as we came down from a relaxation high. The service here was top notch and the prices are very reasonable! Can't wait to go back!

Soooo glad I made an appointment here! This was probably the best skin analysis and facial I have ever received!! They were deligent in skin assessment, honest in recommendations and the results were amazing!!! Skin tone really evened out, took time on extractions, and recommended exactly what was needed for a glowing face!

I had an amazing Vitamin-C facial with added microdermabrasion yesterday. Lauren was my esthetician and she was spectacular! My face was glowing when I left. I’m actually writing this review the next day and my skin is STILL glowing. Lauren did a fantastic job and was so kind and personable. She went over what she was putting on my skin every step on the way. She answered all of my questions and then recommended some great products that I should be using (I’m 44 and my skin has become dull due to lack of knowledge on my part of what to use). She even texted me today to see how I was doing and if I had any further questions. I am so impressed and can’t wait to go back and continue my skin care regimen with Lauren.

Great price and amazing service! We did a couples massage with Dylan and Christian. They were both great. Christian was amazing and I loved the music and relax atmosphere, Not a lot of talking which I loved. Dylan talked through different areas to ensure pressure was good and area was comfortable. Had Grace as my masseuse for severe sciatica pain and she did a great job in immediately relieving my pain symptoms. Highly recommend for sports injury / nerve pain relief.

I've been going here since 2020. I've gone to higher end spas all over Tampa, received treatments for x 2 the price and NOTHING has beaten Essentials this far. Lauren is the GOAT for anything facials. She knows what she's talking about, never makes me feel bad for my skin (acne prone, hyper pigmentation) , makes me feel pressured to buy more than I need, and of course I come out feeling and looking glowing!

I also got a relaxation massage from Erin recently and oh my goodness, I fell asleep! Perfect pressure, attention to details, and again it's not just the service itself but also how your therapist makes you feel. As a naturally timid/anxious person I felt totally at ease and comfortable.

Erin was great listening to my servere pain going down my arm and educated me on some potential stretches and what to do at home to try to alleviate the pain.  Her massage was perfect for me, deep at times and gentle/relaxing when needed. Was needing a new massage therapist and I think I found one with Erin.

Have been to this massage spa a few times now and have seen Jessica primarily who has always exceeded my expectations! However, good as she is, she was fully booked today so I was scheduled with Christian who was absolutely amazing! Between Jessica & Christian, I have never been disappointed and I’ve had a LOT of massages, but nobody has even came close to these two LMTs. Absolutely HIGHLY recommend booking with either Christian or Jessica, you will leave feeling so relaxed and will want to book your next appt with them ASAP!! Thank you both so much for healing my body and giving me the best massages I have ever had!! Also a shout out to the front desk who is always so kind and accommodating!

I love this place. I’ve heard of other locations but this one is the first and only one I go to. The service is top tier. The employees are always nice and the experience is so worth the wait. You gotta check out their facial and massage package you will leave rejuvenated!

We went in for a couples massage and it was fantastic! Amanda and Uniqicia were friendly and accommodating. I’m pretty sure I fell asleep from how relaxing it was (sorry if I snored! 😂) Definitely coming back soon!

I went in today for my first facial and was attended by Lauren, I loved her so much! She was so attentive, sweet, and I loved that she answered any questions I had about what she was putting on my face and I definitely will be coming back for facials with her. She gave recommendations and is very well qualified - I mean she herself had really clear glossy skin! I felt so comfortable and had such a good experience!

Uniqicia has the most unique technique.  My neck and shoulders are so tight that the tightness disappears with a 30-minute therapeutic massage.

What an amazing experience!!  Head to toe 90 minute massage including back and foot scrub for $95. Highly recommend!!
